COFFEE ISN'T JUST FOR MORNINGS!

Castiel coffee is uniquely smooth and perfect for an after dinner cup, espresso, or capuccino.

After dinner cocktail: Iced coffee cocktail with Baileys and vanilla vodka

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 6 ounces half-and-half (optional, for a creamier drink)
  • Whipped cream and coffee beans (optional, for garnish) 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee ice cubes: Brew two cups of coffee and let it cool completely. Pour the cooled coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid. You can use decaf coffee if you prefer to avoid caffeine.
  2. Combine the liquids: In a cocktail shaker, combine the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla vodka. If you're using half-and-half, you can also add it to the shaker at this stage.
  3. Chill and serve: Fill a glass (or two, as this recipe makes two servings) halfway with the coffee ice cubes. Pour the mixed liquids over the ice.
  4. Garnish (optional): Top with whipped cream and a few coffee beans for garnish if desired.
